Abstract:Cilj magistrske naloge , je bila zasnova in realizacijaizvedba poprocesorja za vodenje zavariti ravno steno s pomočjo industrijskega robota KUKA in inverterskega varilnega aparata, s katerim smo varili s postopkom MAG, z namenom kreiranja varjenih volumskih oblik.naloge je bil zavariti ravno steno s pomočjo robota. Za generiranje programa smo uporabili programsko opremo Siemens NX, kjer je bilo potrebno na novo vnesti željeniželeni robot v knjižico obdelovalnih strojev. Pred vnosom smo določili kinematiko in območje delovanja robotskega manipulatorja. Za lažjoe konfiguracijo točke vrha orodja, smo v knjižico orodij prav tako na novo vnesli novo le tegaorodje v knjižico orodij. Pred testiranjem na realnem sistemu smo uredili poprocesor, ter ugotovili optimalne parametre varjenja. Po uspešnem varjenju ravne stene smo zavarili še polni kvader in nagnjeno steno.

Title:Creating postprocessor in Siemens NX for 3D welding with KUKA robot
Abstract:The aim of the master’s thesis was the design and realization of a postprocessor for controlling the KUKA industrial robot and an inverter welding machine, with which we welded with MAG process in order to create welded volume shapes. We generated the robotic program with Siemens NX software, where it was necessary to add the desired robot into the machine library. Before adding, we determined the kinematics and the operation range of the robotic manipulator. To make it easier to configure the tool center point, we have also added the tool it into the tool library. Before testing on a real system, we configured the postprocessor, and determined the optimal welding parameters. After successful welding of the flat wall, we sealed the solid block and the inclined wall.
