Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo podrobno opisali vodilna pristopa razvoja programske opreme Scrum in Kanban. Rezultate smo nato uspešno primerjali, analizirali in interpretirali.

Title:Comparison of Kanban and Scrum
Abstract:In the thesis, we described in detail the leading software development approaches Scrum and Kanban. Also, we compared the approaches with each other. Thus, we have clearly defined their strengths, weaknesses and similarities. We looked at the tools associated with these two approaches and explained their roles in ensuring an optimized workflow. Additionally, we conducted a survey on this topic and thus obtained key data on the success of these methods within Slovenia. The results were then successfully compared, analyzed and interpreted.
