Title:Spoprijemanje vodje negovalnega tima z zdravstvenim absentizmom

Abstract:V delovnem okolju, kjer se ljudje dobro počutijo, kjer vladajo kakovostni medosebni odnosi, pogoji in organizacija dela, delavci pa čutijo pripadnost, ni le večja verjetnost, da bodo ljudje dobro delali, temveč je tudi večja verjetnost, da bo prisotnega manj zdravstvenega absentizma. Z lastno raziskavo smo tako želeli ugotoviti, kako absentizem posredno in neposredno vpliva na vodjo oddelka ter preostali negovalni tim. Metode: uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela. Raziskava je temeljila na kvalitativni metodologiji raziskovanja na podlagi polstrukturiranega intervjuja med vodji 5 oddelkov terciarnega zavoda. Pridobljene odgovore smo analizirali s pomočjo kod in kategorij. Iz deskriptivnih kod smo ustvarili 8 tem in 19 podtem, ki smo jih predstavili tabelarično. Rezultati: absentizem je v raziskanih oddelkih terciarnega zavoda pogosta težava. Najpogostejši vzroki za bolniške odsotnosti so bolezni zaposlenih, odsotnosti zaradi nege otrok ter psihofizične bolezni kot posledica preobremenjenosti na delovnih mestih. Vodje se največkrat poslužijo prerazporeditev, ki pa niso vedno lahko obvladljive, kar se nemalokrat zrcali na kakovosti opravljenega dela. Vodje največkrat ocenjujejo, da je vzrok za problematiko absentizma predvsem pomanjkanje kadra. Razprava in sklep: skrb za zdravo delovno okolje in odnose ima voditeljstvo, ki je prvo odgovorno za ukrepe na področju zmanjšanja pojava zdravstvenega absentizma.

Title:Care team leader's dealing with health absenteeism
Abstract:In a working environment, where people feel well, with quality relationships, satisfactory working conditions and well-organized work hours and where workers fell commitment, there is a greater possibility, that people will work well and be less absent from work. With our research, we wanted to clarify, how absenteeism affects team leaders and the rest of the healthcare team. Methods: In the final thesis we used a descriptive research method. The research was based on a qualitative research method, where we interviewed 5 healthcare team leaders on a tertiary healthcare level. Their answers were analyzed with the help of codes and categories. We established 8 topics and 19 subtopics, which we presented in a table. Results: Absenteeism is a frequent problem in our research field. The most common cause for workers in healthcare absenteeism is sick leave, children care and overburden, which causes psychophysics disorders. Team leaders are forced to reorganize work shifts, that are often not achievable, which mirrors in less quality of work. Team leaders most frequent asses, that the biggest problem of absenteeism is understaffing. Discussion and conclusion: The task of workplace wellbeing and employee relations is in the hands of leadership, which is sole responsible for reducing of absenteeism in healthcare environment.
