Title:Prenosni pojavi v zračni reži elektromotorja : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi sta obravnavana modeliranje in numerična analiza zračne reže elektromotorja. Za numerično modeliranje dvofaznega toka zrak-olje je uporabljena računalniška dinamika tekočin na poenostavljenem geometrijskem modelu zračne reže. Razlog za analizo sta simulacija kompleksnega tokovnega polja v zračni reži in pojav Taylorjevih vrtincev v dvofaznem toku. Na tokovno polje v zračni reži imajo močan vpliv robni pogoji okolice, ki s tlačno razliko v zračni reži pomembno vplivajo na povprečno gostoto in izgube v zračni reži. Na 30-stopinjskem izseku celotnega geometrijskega modela smo uspešno modelirali Taylorjeve vrtince in dobili ustrezne strižne napetosti.

Title:Transfer phenomena in the air gap of an electric motor
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the modeling and numerical analysis of the air gap of an electric motor. For the numerical modeling of the air-oil two-phase flow, computational fluid dynamics is used on a simplified geometric model of the air gap. The reason for the analysis is the simulation of the complex flow field in the air gap and the appearance of Taylor vortices in the two-phase flow. The flow field in the air gap is strongly influenced by the surrounding boundary conditions, which, with the pressure difference in the air gap, significantly affect the average density and losses in the air gap. Taylor vortices were successfully modeled on the 30 degree section of the entire geometric model and the corresponding shear stresses were obtained.
