Title:Primerjava reševanja konfliktov v zasebnem in javnem sektorju: vzgojna in izobraževalna dejavnost

Abstract:Z magistrskim delom smo poskušali prikazati razlike med konflikti in reševanjem konfliktnih situacij v javnih in zasebnih vzgojno-izobraževalnih ustanovah. V ta namen smo opredelili in opisali pojma javni in zasebni sektor ter opisali primerjavo med zasebnimi in javnimi izobraževalnimi ustanovami. Podrobno smo opisali shemo izobraževalnih ustanov in tu nakazali na razhajanja med javnim in zasebnim. Dalje smo opisali pojem konflikt ter se dotaknili tudi konflikta, ki se pojavi med delom in družino, saj obe sferi predstavljata velik del posameznikovega življenja in se velikokrat prekrivata. Preučili smo tudi vrste konfliktov ter samo reševanje konfliktov, kar nam je pomagalo pri tem, da smo lahko sestavili anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga naključno preko e-maila poslali na različne javne in zasebne vzgojno izobraževalne ustanove. Zbrane anketne odgovore smo uredili s programom SPSS. Rezultate, ki smo jih zbrali, smo uporabili za potrjevanje oz. zavračanje hipotez. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v javnem sektorju večkrat vpeti v konflikte zaradi uvedbe sprememb na delovnem mestu kot pa zaposleni v zasebnem sektorju. Dalje smo ugotovili, da se reševanje konfliktov med obema sektorjema ne razlikuje, prav tako med obema sektorjema ne zaznamo različnih konfliktnih tipov. Razlike smo zaznali tudi pri pozitivnih vidikih konfliktnih situacij med obema sektorjema. V splošnem pa smo ugotovili, da zaposleni konflikte večkrat doživljajo kot tretja oseba v sporu ter da se v večini poslužujejo reševanja sporov na način, da se z vpleteno osebo, s katero so v konfliktu, pogovorijo ter s pogovorom razrešijo težavo.

Title:Comparison of conflict solving in private and public sector: educational activity
Abstract:Our master thesis aimed to show the differences between conflicts and conflict resolution in public and private educational institutions. To this end, we defined and described the terms public and private sector and compared private and public educational institutions. We outlined the scheme of educational institutions in detail and here again we pointed out the discrepancies between the public and private sectors. We also described the notion of conflict and touched on the conflict that arises between work and family. Both spheres are a large part of an individual's life and often overlap. Additionally, we looked at the types of conflict and conflict resolution itself, which helped us to design a questionnaire that was sent out randomly by e-mail to various public and private educational institutions. The collected survey responses were edited using SPSS. The results we collected were used to confirm or reject the hypotheses. The results showed us that public sector employees are more likely to be involved in conflicts because of changes in the workplace than private sector employees. We further found out that conflict resolution does not differ between the two sectors, nor did we detect different conflict types between the two sectors. We also found differences in the positive aspects of conflict situations between the two sectors. In general, we concluded that employees more often experience conflict as a third party to the conflict and that they mostly use conflict resolution to talk to the person involved and resolve the problem through discussion.
