Title:Organizacija dela na daljavo v farmacevtskem podjetju

Abstract:Delo na daljavo pomeni, da posameznik opravlja delo kjerkoli, ločeno od sedeža podjetja. Pomembno je, da zna ločiti službeno življenje od privatnega in ima organiziran delovni čas, postavljene prioritete ter da veliko komunicira z ostalimi sodelavci. Cilj naloge je natančno analizirati samo organizacijo dela na daljavo v našem podjetju, podati morebitne predloge, ki jih bomo zasledili v predlagani literaturi, ter podati smernice za dobro organizacijo dela na daljavo. Pri rezultatih smo ugotovili, da je bilo delo na daljavo za zaposlene dobro organizirano, prav tako je komunikacija med zaposlenimi in nadrejenimi potekala dobro. Zaposleni so kot prednosti dela na daljavo navedli fleksibilnost delovnega časa, vožnjo, čas, mir. Hkrati pa so še izpostavili slabosti dela na daljavo, in sicer, da ni določenega urnika za delo, ni direktnega stika s sodelavci ter druženja.

Title:Organization of distance work in a pharmaceutical company
Abstract:Distance work means that an individual performs work in any space. It is important that he can separate his work life from private, and has organized working hours, set his priorities and communicates with other colleagues The aim of the task is to accurately present the organisation of distance work in our company, to make any suggestions that we will find in the proposed literature, and to provide guidelines for the good organisation of distance work. The results found that the distance work was well organised and communication between employees and superiors was well-organised. Respondents cited the benefits of distance work the flexibility of working time, driving, time, peace. At the same time, they also highlighted the weaknesses of distance work, namely that there is no set schedule for work, no direct contact with colleagues, discussions over coffee.
