Abstract:Slovenska gastronomija s prepoznanimi jedmi znotraj 24 gastronomskih regij vzpostavlja izvirno platformo za ustvarjanje gastronomskih doživetij. Slovenija je vinska dežela, ki se deli na tri vinorodne dežele in devet vinorodnih okolišev. Vsak od njih je prepoznaven po značilnostih, kot so terroir, prst in vremenske razmere, ter karakteristikah vin, ki jih lahko pridelamo na tem območju. V vseh treh vinorodnih deželah najdemo kulinarične prireditve in festivale, povezane z vinom, vinske ceste in fontane ter posebnosti vinskega turizma, ki so značilne samo za določen vinorodni okoliš. Za učinkovito trženje gastronomskih in vinskih doživetij je treba zgodaj prepoznati in implementirati globalne trende ter ustvariti pogoje za trajnostni preplet naravnih in kulturnih danosti.

Title:Gastronomic experiences and wine destinations : developed countryside
Abstract:With 24 gastronomic regions and well-recognized authentic dishes, Slovene gastronomy is a prospective platform for creating gastronomic experiences. Slovenia is a wine country, which is divided into three wine-growing regions and nine winegrowing districts. Each of them is recognisable by characteristics such as terroir, soil and weather conditions, and the characteristics of the wines that can be produced in the area. In all three wine-growing regions, we can find culinary events and festivals related to wine, wine roads and fountains, and specialities of wine tourism, which are unique to a particular wine-growing district. For effective marketing of gastronomic and wine experiences, we have to recognise and implement global trends and provide conditions for sustainable usage of natural and cultural endowments.
