Title:Vpliv cirkuških veščin na socialno-čustveno področje učencev drugega vzgojno-izobraževalnega obdobja osnovne šole : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo preučevali vpliv cirkuških veščin na socialno-čustveno področje osnovnošolskih otrok. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili značilnosti socialno-čustvenega razvoja v obdobju drugega vzgojno-izobraževalnega obdobja, opisali začetke in razvoj cirkusa v preteklosti, opredelili cirkuško pedagogiko in z njo povezano stanje v svetu ter v Sloveniji, opisali kompetence cirkuških pedagogov, definirali cirkuško dlan, opredelili različne oblike cirkusa, delitev cirkuških veščin ter nekatere tudi opisali. Dotaknili smo se tudi socialnih, emocionalnih in fizičnih pozitivnih učinkov cirkuških dejavnosti. V empiričnem delu smo na Osnovni šoli Kapela izvedli eksperimentalno raziskavo, ki je bila sestavljena iz devetih cirkuških srečanj, ki so bila večinoma izvedena v spletni obliki. V eksperimentalno študijo je bilo vključenih šest udeležencev drugega vzgojno-izobraževalnega obdobja osnovne šole. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ocenjevalne lestvice in polstrukturiranega intervjuja s starši udeležencev. Anketni vprašalnik in polstrukturirani intervju s starši po koncu cirkuških srečanj sta pokazala, da so se pri nekaterih posameznikih izboljšale komunikacija, vztrajnost ali koncentracija, prav tako so udeleženci cirkuška srečanja zapuščali z nasmejanimi obrazi. Vsi udeleženci so menili, da bi še nadaljevali s cirkuškimi srečanji, kar lahko vidimo kot dodatno priložnost, da se okrepi cirkuške aktivnosti v slovenskem šolskem prostoru.

Title:The influence of circus skills on the social-emotional field of students in the second educational period of primary school
Abstract:In the master thesis, we examine the impact of circus skills on the social and emotional sphere of primary school pupils. In the theoretical part, we define the characteristics of social-emotional development in the second educational period. After that, we describe the beginnings and development of circus in the past, as well as present circus pedagogy and its situation in Slovenia and around the world. We describe the competences of circus educators, define the circus palm, the different forms of circus, the division of circus skills and explain some of them. Moreover, we touch upon the social, emotional and physical positive effects of circus activities. For the empirical part, we conducted an experimental study at the Kapela Primary School, which consisted of nine circus sessions, most of them taking place online. Six participants from the second educational period of primary school were included in the experimental study. The data was collected with a survey questionnaire, a rating scale and a semi-structured interview with the parents of the participants. The questionnaire and the semi-structured interview with parents after the circus sessions showed that some individuals had improved communication, perseverance or concentration. What is more, the participants left the circus sessions with a smile on their face. All participants were of the opinion that such circus sessions should be continued, which can be seen as an additional opportunity to strengthen circus activities in the Slovenian school environment,
