Title:Varnost in zdravje pri delu v podjetju Rexel Slovenija

Abstract:Področje varnosti in zdravja pri delu je eno najpomembnejši v vsaki organizaciji, saj visoki standardi na tem področju delodajalcem prinašajo konkurenčno prednost. Podjetja se morajo zavedati, da so zdravi in varni zaposleni nepomembnejši za uspešno dedovanje podjetja. Premalo delodajalcev se zaveda kako pomembno je to področje in se mu premalo posveča, ter izvajajo samo aktivnosti, ki so določene z zakonom o varnosti in zdravju pri delu. Podjetja morajo izvajati ukrepe za zagotavljanje varnosti svojih zaposlenih, ter dodatne ukrepe na področju promocije zdravja, ker delavcem predstavijo pomembnost zdrave prehrane in redne telesne aktivnosti. Predmet obravnave je varnost in zdravje pri delu v podjetju Rexel, d.o.o. Podjetje Rexel, d.o.o. je podjetje, ki se ukvarja z prodajo elektrotehničnega materiala, ki na slovenskem trgu posluje že več kot 70 let. Tako kot v vsakem delovnem okolju se tudi v podjetju Rexel, d.o.o. pojavljajo številna tveganja in nevarnosti, ki so v nalogi podrobno opisana. V podjetju izvajajo ukrepe na področju varnosti in zdravja pri delu, ki so v skladu z predpisi, ter nekaj dodatnih, ki podrobno predstavljeni v drugem delu diplomskega dela. V zaključnem delu diplomskega dela pa so podani predlogi za izboljšanje trenutnih ukrepov na področju varnosti in zdravja pri delu, celovitosti model promocije zdravja ter dodatni preventivni ukrepi za obvladovanje tveganj.

Title:Safety and health at work in Rexel Slovenia
Abstract:Safety and health at work is one of the most important areas in any organisation, as high standards in this area give employers a competitive advantage. Companies should be aware that healthy and safe employees are paramount to a successful operation of the company. Not enough employers are aware of the importance of this area and pay too little attention to it, and only carry out the activities stipulated by the Health and Safety at Work Act. Companies need to take measures to ensure the safety of their employees, as well as additional measures in the area of health promotion, as these show the employees the importance of a healthy diet and regular physical activity.
