Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava fotovoltaične sisteme in njihovo vlogo pri prehodu na obnovljive energetske vire.

Title:Photovoltaic systems and their integration into the power system
Abstract:The thesis discusses photovoltaic systems and their role in the transition to renewable energy sources. It explores the operation of photovoltaic cells, various types of photovoltaic panels, and other key components. The task emphasizes the practical aspects of photovoltaics, the procedures for planning and constructing micro solar power plants, and describes the process of obtaining the necessary permits, which are a crucial component of the successful implementation of photovoltaic systems in practice. The thesis includes the development of a conceptual plan for the implementation of a photovoltaic system on an existing residential building. This conceptual plan provides a better understanding of how photovoltaic technology could be applied in a specific environment during the transition to renewable energy sources.
Keywords:solar energy, solar collectors, photovoltaics
