Ankete so bile izvedene digitalno, preko spletne anketne platforme (1KA), rezultati pa so bili analizirani s programom Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Intervjuji in ankete so bili individualno dogovorjeni in izvedeni z vodji različnih podjetij in sektorjev slovenskega nacionalnega gospodarstva, ki so podali svoje strokovne ocene o obravnavani problematiki.

Title:Development of new employment models in slovenia's national economy, as well as their effectiveness during the global covid-19 pandemic
Abstract:Since its inception during the fall of 2019, the global COVID-19 pandemic has been described as “a crisis like no other in world history”. This unique experience represented a disaster for some, and an unprecedented opportunity for others in the world of global finance. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimated that the global cost of the pandemic will exceed 28 trillion USD in lost output between the years 2020 and 2025 (World economic outlook …, 2020). Even though the global COVID-19 pandemic has inflicted severe financial damage to both developing and developed countries alike, some socio-economic trends, which have emerged as a response to the crisis, might just benefit our socioeconomic lives, local industry, and natural (living) environment in the long run. The first phase of this research is purely theoretical and focuses heavily on describing and presenting the origins of the global COVID-19 crisis and its socioeconomic implications globally. The second phase of this research settles us in the small Central European country of Slovenia, the small but diverse national economy of which we choose to study. This research aims for a better understanding of the development and implementation of new work models in the country's national economy, as well as their effectiveness during the global COVID-19 pandemic. We were able to achieve this by utilising a multi-step data collection process which included theoretical/literature research, surveys, interviews, etc. The questions for both surveys and interviews were meticulously chosen to assure the most accurate and illustrative responses. The surveys were carried out digitally, via an online survey platform (1KA), and the results were analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences programme (SPSS). The interviews and surveys were individually arranged and carried out with business managers from various companies and sectors of Slovenia’s national economy, who provided their professional appraisal regarding the matter at hand.
