Abstract:V okviru diplomskega dela smo ustvarili simulacijski model sistema toplotnega upravljanja električnega vozila v dveh obratovalnih režimih. Ugotavljali smo, ali je mogoče uravnavati optimalno temperaturo baterije pri zelo visokem gretju le-te in podrobno analizirali obnašanje celotnega termalnega sistema. Velik poudarek je tudi na kontrolnem sistemu, ki mora biti prilagojen tudi najhujšim pogojem obratovanja vozila. Kočni rezultati potrjujejo, da je model in kontrolni sistem ustrezen ter da lahko obdržimo temperaturo baterije na želeni vrednosti v obeh obravnavanih obratovalnih režimih.

Title:Thermal management system modelling of an electric vehicle
Abstract:In the scope of this diploma thesis, a vehicle thermal management system model was created in order to maintain the temperature of the vehicle’s battery stack in the optimal range. Battery cooling was carried out in two cases, driving at top speed and supercharging. Lots of focus was also on the control system which has to be adapted to the most severe conditions. Lastly, according to the results, the control system we modelled, manages to ensure the optimal conditions for the battery.
