Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano konstruiranje in izdelava menjalnika orodij za robotsko roko KUKA KR16-2 KRC4. Po pregledu obstoječih rešitev je bil razvit lastni menjalnik kot cenovno ugodnejša alternativa. Glavne komponente vključujejo ohišje, centrirne palice in trajni elektromagnet. Z uporabo 3D tiskanja so bile izdelane komponente, ki so bile nato integrirane na robotsko roko. Menjalnik je zasnovan za prilagodljivost in robustnost, omogoča pa tudi modularno zamenjavo priključkov. Rezultat je zanesljiv in cenovno ugoden menjalnik, primeren za izobraževalne namene.

Title:Designing and making of a tool changer for an industrial robot
Abstract:The thesis describes the design and production of a tool changer for the KUKA KR16-2 KRC4 robotic arm. After reviewing existing solutions, a proprietary tool changer was developed as a more cost-effective alternative. The main components include housing, centering pins and permanent electromagnet. Using 3D printing, components were produced and then integrated onto the robotic arm. The tool changer is designed for adabtation and robustness, and also allows modular replacement of attachments. The result is a reliable and affordable tool changer suitable for educational use.
