Title:Določitev potenciala prožnosti pri uporabnikih distribucijskega omrežja : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je opisan postopek določitve potenciala prožnosti gospodinjskih odjemalcev z namenom upravljanja prezasedenosti distribucijskega omrežja. Opisani so izziv sodobnega distribucijskega omrežja s poudarkom na vključevanju obnovljivih virov energije v omrežje. Predstavljen je koncept izvajanja prožnosti v elektroenergetskem sistemu in pomen aktivnega odjemalca v distribucijskem omrežju. Na osnovi realnih podatkov preobremenjene transformatorske postaje in povezanih odjemalcev je izvedena določitev prožnosti z ovrednotenjem napovedanih vzorcev porabe. Pri napovedi porabe so uporabljene različne metode, vključno s povprečenjem, tehnikami strojnega učenja in polinomsko interpolacijo. Za odjemalce z največjim potencialom prožnosti so razviti scenariji za obvladovanje preobremenitev transformatorske postaje.

Title:Determination of flexibility potential in distribution network users
Abstract:The master's thesis describes the procedure for evaluating the flexibility potential of residential consumers with the aim of managing congestion in the distribution network. The challenges of modern distribution networks are discussed, with an emphasis on the integration of renewable energy sources into the grid. The concept of implementing flexibility within the power system and the significance of active consumer participation in the distribution network are introduced. Based on real data from an overloaded transformer station and its associated consumers, an assessment of flexibility is conducted by evaluating predicted consumption patterns. Various methods are utilized for consumption prediction, including averaging, machine learning techniques, and polynomial interpolation. Scenarios for managing transformer station overloads are formulated for consumers exhibiting the highest potential for flexibility.
