Abstract:Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je ključnega pomena za uspešnost organizacij iz več razlogov. Zadovoljni zaposleni so bolj motivirani, produktivni in angažirani pri delu. Prispevajo k nižji fluktuaciji kadra, boljšemu timskemu delu, večji inovativnosti ter izboljšanemu odnosu do strank. Visoko zadovoljstvo zaposlenih krepi ugled organizacije, vpliva na zdravje in počutje zaposlenih ter zagotavlja dolgoročno uspešnost podjetja. Raziskovali smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju C&A MODA D. O. O., s poudarkom na poslovalnici v Kranju. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je ključni dejavnik uspešnosti organizacij, ki vpliva na produktivnost, angažiranost in delovno okolje. Cilj raziskave je pridobiti globlji vpogled v zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v tem podjetju in identificirati ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo nanj. Preučuje se tudi povezava med zadovoljstvom zaposlenih ter uspešnostjo podjetja. Raziskava se osredotoča na analizo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v C&A MODA D. O. O., poslovna enota Kranj. Skozi analizo teorije in dejavnikov vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih raziskava ponuja smernice za izboljšanje upravljanja zadovoljstva in doseganje trajnostne konkurenčne prednosti. Na podlagi narejene raziskave ugotavljamo, da je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ključno za uspešno delovanje podjetja. C&A MODA D. O. O. prepoznava pomen zadovoljstva zaposlenih in izvaja strategije za izboljšanje delovnih pogojev, komunikacije ter omogočanje osebnega in poklicnega razvoja. Rezultati naše raziskave kažejo na pozitiven trend zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju.

Title:Job satisfaction at company C&A MODA D. O. O., business unit Kranj
Abstract:Employee satisfaction is of crucial importance for the success of organizations for several reasons. Satisfied employees are more motivated, productive, and engaged in their work. They contribute to lower employee turnover, improved teamwork, greater innovation, and enhanced customer relations. High employee satisfaction enhances the organization's reputation, impacts the health and well-being of employees, and ensures long-term company success. The thesis explores employee satisfaction in the company C&A MODA D. O. O., with a focus on the branch in Kranj. Employee satisfaction is a key factor in organizational success, influencing productivity, engagement, and the work environment. The research aims to gain deeper insights into employee satisfaction in this company and identify key factors affecting it. The connection between employee satisfaction and company performance is also examined. The research concentrates on analyzing employee satisfaction in C&A MODA D. O. O., Kranj branch. Through an analysis of theories and factors influencing employee satisfaction, the study offers guidelines for improving satisfaction management and achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of survey results, it is evident that employee satisfaction is vital for the company's successful operation. C&A MODA D. O. O. recognizes the importance of employee satisfaction and implements strategies to enhance working conditions, communication, and personal and professional development. The results indicate a positive trend in employee satisfaction within the company.
