Abstract:Marketinško komuniciranje je bistvenega pomena za podjetja. Nenehno se spreminja, pravzaprav je način, s katerim se podjetje oblikuje v očeh strank, jih nagovarja in jim daje informacije. Je tudi način prodora podjetja v stik z zunanjo javnostjo. Zaradi velike konkurence, nasičenosti trgov in globalizacije je marketinško komuniciranje način za razlikovanje od konkurence. To počnejo vsa podjetja in zaradi tega je treba marketinško komuniciranje tudi resnično dobro načrtovati, usklajevati in izvajati na inovativen in metodičen način. Stremeti je treba k zadovoljevanju strank, ker le-to omogoča dolgoročen uspeh. V diplomskem delu smo najprej predstavili teoretična izhodišča, kjer smo vse opisali, da bomo lažje razumeli marketinško komuniciranje. V drugem, praktičnem delu pa smo na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč predstavili program in instrumente marketinškega komuniciranja v podjetju Aljoša Pogorelčnik, s. p.

Title:Marketing communication in the company Aljoša Pogorelčnik
Abstract:Marketing communication is essential for businesses. It constantly changes and it is the company’s way of shaping itself in the eyes of its customers, addressing them and providing them with information. Moreover, it is how the company engages with the external public. Due to significant competition, the saturation of markets and globalisation, marketing communication is a way of differentiating oneself from the competition. As all companies do this, marketing communication also needs to be truly well planned, coordinated and implemented in an innovative and methodical way. The focus must be on satisfying the customers, because that is the only way to ensure long-term success. In my thesis, I first presented the theoretical background, describing everything to better understand marketing communication. In the second empirical part, I presented the programme and tools of marketing communication in the company Aljoša Pogorelčnik s.p. based on the theoretical background.
