Abstract:
Zaradi velikega vpliva na okolje je stavbni sektor eden najpomembnejših dejavnikov za doseganje Evropskih energetskih in okoljskih cilje. Energetsko učinkovite stavbe bodo pomemben člen pri izboljšanju energetske učinkovitosti in s tem velik korak bližje k ogljični nevtralnosti stavb. Eden od načinov za doseganje energetske učinkovitosti v stavbah je uporaba pametnih tehnologij in njihovo medsebojno sodelovanje. V nalogi smo se osredotočili na kazalnik pametne pripravljenosti stavb ali SRI. Preučili smo njegov razvoj, metodologijo določanja in zakonodajo kazalnika. Glavni cilj naloge je bil samostojno podati oceno SRI na različnih objektih.

Title:
Consideration of the utility of the smart readiness indicator
Abstract:
Due to its large impact on the environment, the building sector is one of the most important factors for achieving the European energy and environmental goals. Energy efficient buildings will be an important element in improving energy efficiency and thus a big step closer to carbon neutrality of buildings. One of the ways to achieve energy efficiency in buildings is the use of smart technologies and their mutual cooperation. In the assignment, I focus on the Smart Building Readiness Indicator or SRI. I examined its development, the methodology of determination and the legislation behind the indicator. The main goal of the assignment was to independently provide an SRI assessment on different buildings.
