Abstract:V digitalni dobi je prišlo do številnih sprememb v načinu komuniciranja, poslovanja in interakcije z informacijami.

Title:THE INFLUENCE OF MANAGEMENT ON PREVENTING EMPLOYEE BURNOUT IN THE ERA OF DIGITIZATION
Abstract:The digital age has brought about many changes in the way we communicate, do business and interact with information. Despite the many benefits of digitalisation, employee burnout has become a pressing problem in the digital age. Burnout is the result of chronic stress in the workplace, which can be exacerbated by the stressors of the digital age, such as constant connectivity and the expectation of constant availability. Management has a key role to play in preventing and addressing employee burnout in the digital age. Effective leadership and management strategies can help reduce the risk of employee burnout in a digital environment. This includes understanding employee needs and feelings, introducing technological innovations that prioritise employee wellbeing and engagement, and promoting self-management where employees take responsibility for their own wellbeing. In this thesis, we present the impact of management on preventing employee burnout in the digital era. The research questions focused on the impact of inadequate management strategies on productivity and on the increased level of employee burnout in companies that are rapidly transitioning to digitalisation without adequate support and training. The following are various studies and resources that address the topic of burnout, the impact of digitalisation on employees, and how management can influence burnout prevention.
