Abstract:	Diplomska naloga »Analiza potreb po kompetencah in znanjih na področju kakovosti izdelkov v podjetju X« predstavlja celovito analizo potreb po kompetencah in znanjih zaposlenih na področju kakovosti izdelkov. Namen študije je bil identificirati specifična področja, kjer zaposleni potrebujejo dodatna usposabljanja, da bi izboljšali svojo uspešnost in prispevali k splošnemu izboljšanju kakovosti izdelkov v podjetju X. Za dosego ciljev raziskave smo uporabljali različne metode. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili metodologijo dela in samo podjetje. V teoretičnem delu smo se lotili opredelitve pojmov: steklo, opis kontrolnih točk, opis pregledov, službe zagotavljanja kakovosti izdelkov ter znanja in kompetence. Nato je sledila raziskava, kjer so bolj podrobno predstavljena raziskovalna vprašanja in analiza ankete. Pri ugotovitvah smo se še obrnili na temo usposabljanja.

Title:	Analysis of the needs for competencies and knowledge in the field of product quality in company x
Abstract:	The diploma thesis "Analysis of needs for competencies and skills in the field of product quality in company X" presents a comprehensive analysis of the needs for competencies and skills of employees in the field of product quality. This study aimed to identify specific areas where employees need additional training to improve their performance and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality in Company X. To achieve the research objectives, we used different methods. In this thesis, we present the work methodology and the company. In the theoretical part, we define the terms glass, description of control points, description of inspections, product quality assurance services, and knowledge and competence. Then followed the research, where the research questions and analysis of the survey are presented in more detail. In our study, we focused on training.
