Abstract:Človeški viri so ključni dejavnik uspeha organizacije, saj je od njih odvisno, kakšen napredek naredi organizacija v določenem časovnem obdobju. Pomembno je, da je v vsaki organizaciji ekipa, ki se med seboj dobro razume in deluje kot enota. Za to je podjetju v interesu, da izberejo prave ljudi za določena delovna mesta. Kadre lahko pridobijo iz zunanjih ali notranjih virov, za katerega je treba pravilno izpeljati proces pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov. Proces iskanja kadrov je točno opredeljen, saj s tem določimo najprimernejši kader za razpisano delovno mesto in podjetju zagotovimo ustreznost kadra za to delovno mesto. Postopek iskanja in selekcije kadra je zamuden, vendar je neprimerna izbira kadra še dražja. V diplomskem delu bo opisan postopek iskanja in selekcije kadra za stranko, saj je podjetje X, ki se ukvarja s pridobivanjem kadrov. Z izpeljano analizo smo ugotovili, na kakšne načine organizacija pridobiva kadre in kako učinkoviti so ti pristopi. Metode dela, ki jih bom uporabil, so deskriptivna oziroma opisna, analitična in statistična metoda.

Title:Recruitment methods and selection procedures at belgium company x
Abstract:Human resources are a key factor in the success of an organisation, as they determine how much progress the organisation makes over a given period of time. It is important that every organisation has a team that gets along well and works as a unit. To do this, it is in the company's interest to select the right people for the position. They can obtain staff from external or internal sources, which requires a proper recruitment and selection process. The recruitment process is well-defined, as it identifies the most suitable person for the job advertised and ensures that the company has the right people for the job. The search and selection process is time-consuming, but inappropriate selection of staff is even more costly. This thesis will describe the recruitment and selection process in a Belgium company X, which is a recruitment company. The analysis carried out has been used to identify the ways in which the organisation recruits staff and how effective these approaches are. The methods I will use in my desertation are the descriptive method, analytical method, and statistical method.
