Title:Modul za upravljanje in optimizacijo procesa na čistilni napravi : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljen modul za upravljanje in optimizacijo čistilne naprave, ki je zasnovan kot digitalni dvojček, ki ga bi operaterji lahko uporabljali za namene optimizacije in testiranja. Opisano je splošno delovanje čistilne naprave ter tehnološki opis biološkega čiščenja. Predstavljene in opisane so komponente programske in strojne opreme, ki se uporabljajo v modulu, skupaj s komunikacijskim protokolom. Pojasnjena je konfiguracija matematičnega modela čistilne naprave in njegova uporaba. V nadaljevanju je prikazana implementacija dveh regulacijskih zank v notranjem procesu biološkega čiščenja in izdelava nadzornega sistema za spremljanje procesa ter prikaz meritev in testiranj regulacije.

Title:Module for process control and optimization at the wastewater treatment plant
Abstract:The master thesis presents a module for process control and optimization of the waste water treatment plant, which is designed as a digital twin that operators could use for optimization and testing purposes. The thesis provides a general description of the operation of the treatment plant and a technological explanation of the biological treatment process. The software and hardware components used in the module are presented and described, along with the communication protocol. The configuration of the mathematical model of the treatment plant is explained, as well as its application. In the following, the implementation of two regulation loops in the internal process of biological treatment and the creation of a control system for monitoring the process, as well as the display of measurements and testing of the regulation, are shown.
