Title:Pravopisne napake v e-obvestilih naključno izbranih vrtcev : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomsko delo sestoji iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili načine in oblike komuniciranja, vrste besedil ter opisali vlogo vrtca, ki jo ima pri komunikaciji s starši. Najprej smo predstavili, kaj sama komunikacija sploh je ter sam pomen komunikacije. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili vrste besedil ter se osredotočili na vlogo vrtca pri komunikaciji preko obvestil in poiskali ter izpostavili pravopisne napake v besedilih iz spleta. V empiričnem delu smo se osredotočili na preverjanje pravopisnih napak v spletnih obvestilih naključno izbranih vrtcev. Namen diplomskega dela je preveriti, ali izbrani vrtci pri objavljanju obvestil na spletu upoštevajo pravila slovenskega pravopisa. Raziskovalna vprašanja se nanašajo na preverjanje pravopisne ustreznosti izbranih napisanih obvestil in najpogostejše pravopisne napake v njih. Metodologija vključuje uporabo pregledne študije virov v teoretičnem delu ter opisne metode za predstavitev ključnih ugotovitev in spoznanj. Obvestila smo preučevali z metodo analize in medsebojno primerjavo. Ugotovili smo, da se je največ napak v besedilih pojavljajo pri rabi ločil, kot so pika in vejica, ter pri zapisu datumov in časa. V luči teh ugotovitev smo v zaključku diplomske naloge podali priporočila za vrtce, da kot ustanove, ki posredujejo znanja otrokom, poskrbijo za pravilno opismenjevanje zaposlenih in jih poučijo oz. obnovijo njihovo znanje o jezikovno pravilnem pisanju obvestil (in drugih besedil).

Title:Spelling mistakes in e-notifications of randomly selected kindergartens
Abstract:The diploma paper consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we introduced different ways and types of communication, types of texts and described the role of the kindergarten in terms of communicating with parents. At first, we presented the definition of communicationand its meaning while further on we introduced several types of texts and put the main emphasis on the kindergarten's role in communicating through notices and in searching for spelling mistakes in e-notifications. In the empirical part we focused on checking the spelling mistakes in notices sent online of randomly selected kindergartens. The main objective of the diploma paper is to check whether the selected kindergartens, while sending e-notifications, comply with the rules of Slovene Normative Guide. The research questions refer to checking the spelling adequacy in chosen written notices and to find out the most common spelling mistakes in them. The methodology includes the use of clear study of the sources in theoretical part as well as descriptive methods for introducing the key findings. The notices were studied through the method of analysis and mutual comparison. We found out, that the most mistakes in notices appear in the use of punctuations, such as full stop and comma, as well as in writing the dates and time. According to these findings, we introduced some recommendations to the kindergartens not to follow these mistakes as an educational institution while sending notices to parents and how to inform and educate the staff about writing the notices in accordance with Slovene Normative Guide.
