S pomočjo metode kalkulacij skupnih stroškov smo ocenili pomembnejše ekonomske parametre pridelave in predelave (vrednost proizvodnje, lastno ceno, finančni rezultat, koeficient ekonomičnosti itd.).

Title:Business Plan for Producing and Processing Hazelnuts
Abstract:Common or European hazel (Corylus avellana L.) is a worldwide widespread fruit species that belongs to shell fruits. Due to their composition, hazelnuts have been recognized as a healthy food. In the master's thesis, a business plan for the production and processing of hazelnuts was created. A business plan is a written document that describes a proposed venture. Its purpose is to reduce uncertainties in entrepreneurial activity. As part of the research, a SWOT analysis was preformed, where we defined the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats for the production and processing of hazelnuts. With the help of the total cost calculation method, we assessed the most important economic parameters of production and processing (production value, own price, financial result, economy coefficient, etc.). The next goal was to assess the important parameters of the financial analysis (net present value, internal rate of return and investment payback period). The results of the analysis showed that the production and processing of hazelnuts is economically justified. The production and processing investment is recouped in the 9th year, considering the non-constant annual cash flow. The Canvas business model also helped to develop the business idea.
