Title:Vpliv usklajevanja poklicnega in zasebnega življenja na izgorelost

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen vpliv usklajevanja poklicnega in zasebnega življenja na izgorelost. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili oba koncepta in predstavili posamezne dejavnike, ki vplivajo tako na usklajevanje dela in zasebnega življenja kot tudi na stopnje izgorelosti. Dejavnike pa smo razdelili na organizacijske in posameznikove ter notranje in zunanje. V raziskovalnem delu magistrskega dela smo uporabili kvantitativno metodologijo dela. Raziskavo smo izvedeli med naključno izbranimi posamezniki. V raziskavi smo preverjali, kateri dejavniki na posameznikovi in organizacijski ravni vplivajo na usklajevanje poklicnega in zasebnega življenja ter na izgorelost ter ali nanju vplivajo enaki dejavniki. Zanimalo pa nas je tudi, ali težave pri ustaljevanju poklicnega in zasebnega življenja vplivajo na izgorelost. Ugotovili smo, da na usklajevanje poklicnega in zasebnega življenja vplivajo predvsem organizacijski dejavniki, na stopnje izgorelosti (izčrpanost, utrujenost in izgorelost) pa bolj vplivajo tako dejavniki na posameznikovi kot tudi organizacijski ravni. Ugotovili smo tudi, da težave pri usklajevanju poklicnega in zasebnega življenja vplivajo na izgorevanje posameznika. Usklajevanje poklicnega in zasebnega življenja je čedalje pomembnejša tema znanstvenikov in kadrovikov, saj ta vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in ohranjanje zdravega kadra. Posamezniki, ki se srečujejo s težavami pri usklajevanju, so namreč bolj utrujeni in izgoreli. Ker je delo danes postalo pomemben del posameznikovega življenja, je treba raziskati področje vpliva usklajevanja dela in zasebnega življenja na izgorevanje zaposlenih.

Title:Influence of Work-life Balance on Burnout
Abstract:The presented master’s thesis delves into the impact of maintaining a balance between personal and professional commitments on the prevalence of burnout. The theoretical section explores the definition of both concepts and identifies individual factors that impact work-life balance and burnout levels. The factors are categorized into organizational and individual, as well as internal and external. The research section employs quantitative methodologies and involves random sampling of participants. Our investigation aims to identify the factors at the individual and organizational levels that affect work-life balance and burnout, and if they are influenced by the same factors. Additionally, we examine if problems with work-life balance contribute to burnout. Our findings indicate that work-life balance is mainly influenced by organizational factors, while burnout levels, including exhaustion, fatigue, and burnout, are impacted by both individual and organizational factors. We also discovered that difficulties in achieving a balance between personal and professional life can contribute to burnout in individuals. The importance of reconciling work and personal life has increased in significance for researchers and HR professionals. Maintaining a healthy workforce and employee satisfaction is contingent on this aspect. Those who face issues balancing their commitments are more likely to suffer from exhaustion and burnout. With work now a significant component of individuals’ lives, it is essential to explore the relationship between work-life balance and employee burnout.
