Title:Zasnova in izdelava aktivnega aerodinamičnega spojlerja : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je opisana zasnova in izdelava aktivnega aerodinamičnega krila, v okviru česar so bili najprej raziskani in opisani osnovni fizikalni principi, ki so bili v nadaljevanju dokazani s simulacijo poteka zračnega pretoka skozi izdelan osnovni sklop krila in nosilca, ki sta bila v nadaljevanju ustrezno nadgrajena. Po izbiri ustreznih aktuatorjev za premik posameznih v nadaljevanju izdelanih komponent krila je sledil proces konstruiranja s pomočjo programskega paketa Solidworks, v okviru česar je bil najprej dovršen glavni nosilec krila, ki mu je sledila še nadgradnja osnovnega krila in izdelava ostalih potrebnih komponent. Vse zasnovane komponente so bile po dovršitvi 3D natisnjene. V naslednji fazi je sledila izbira vseh potrebnih elektrotehničnih komponent za omogočitev delovanja sistema nato pa je sledil zapis programov za krmiljenje sistema. V zadnjem delu je opisana sestava vseh izdelanih in naknadno izbranih komponent, predelava prtljažnih vrat in sestava krmilja.

Title:Design and production of the active aerodynamic spoiler
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes the design and production of an active aerodynamic wing, in which the basic physical principles were first investigated and described, which were later proven by simulating the course of the air flow through the 3D constructed basic assembly of the wing and the wing carrier, which were further appropriately upgraded. After the selection of the appropriate actuators for the movement of the individual components of the wing, which were subsequently manufactured, the design process followed with the help of the Solidworks software package, in the framework of which the main wing support was first completed, followed by the upgrade of the basic wing and the manufacture of the other necessary components. All designed components were 3D printed after completion. In the next phase all of the necessary electrotechnical components to enable the system to function were selected, followed by the writing of the programs for controlling the system. In the last stage, the composition of all manufactured and subsequently selected components and the upgrading of the tailgate are described. Thesis is completed with the description of the control circuit build.
