Abstract:Dokumentacija zdravstvene nege je osnova za izvajanje zdravstvene nege. Pravilno, natančno in pregledno zapisane informacije izboljšajo produktivnost izvajalcev zdravstvene nege, saj preprečujejo podvajanje preiskav, pregledov ter izvedenih postopkov, in so poglavitne za varno oskrbo pacientov tekom hospitalizacije. Uporabljena je bila neeksperimentalna kvantitativna raziskovalna metoda. Podatki so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo strukturiranega spletnega vprašalnika. Vprašalnik je bil razdeljen med izvajalce zdravstvene nege, ki so bili prerazporejeni v Diagnostično-terapevtski servis med epidemijo covida-19. Razdeljenih je bilo 342 vprašalnikov, od tega jih je bilo vrnjenih 147, kar predstavlja 42,9 % realizacijo vzorca.

Title:User satisfaction with clinical informational system Think!Med Clinical in Diagnostic Therapeutic Service
Abstract:Healthcare documentation is the basis for the application of healthcare. Correct, accurate, and well-structured information improves the productivity of healthcare professionals by avoiding duplication of tests, examinations, and completed procedures, and is essential for the safe care of patients during hospitalisation. A non-experimental quantitative research method was used. The data were collected using a structured web-based questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to healthcare professionals who were reallocated to the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Service during the Covid-19 epidemic. 342 questionnaires were distributed and 147 were returned, representing a 42.9% sample response rate.
