Title:Analiza pristopov iskanja in selekcije kadrov v slovenskih podjetjih

Abstract:Uspešno delovanje podjetij je v veliki meri odvisno od njihovih zaposlenih. Zagotavljanje zadostnega števila ustreznih kadrov je ena od temeljnih nalog managementa človeških virov. Pri tem je bistven ustrezno izveden postopek iskanja in selekcije kadrov. V raziskavi smo želeli ugotoviti, katere metode iskanja in selekcije so se v praksi izkazale za najprimernejše. Podjetja najpogosteje pridobivajo kandidate z objavami prostih delovnih mest na različnih zaposlitvenih portalih, spletnih straneh in socialnih omrežjih. Vedno pogosteje sta v uporabi tudi headhunting in pridobivanje kandidatov na podlagi priporočil. Na področju selekcijskega postopka pa sta se kot najustreznejši izkazali metodi intervjuja in testiranja kandidatov. Ugotovili smo, da obstajajo razlike pri iskanju kvalificiranega in nekvalificiranega kadra. Razlike se kažejo tako v postopkih pridobivanja kandidatov kot v fazi selekcije. Prav tako so bile zaznane razlike med javnim in zasebnim sektorjem. V zasebnem sektorju je v uporabi širši spekter metod iskanja in selekcije kot v javnem sektorju. V javnem sektorju je pri izboru kandidatov ključno izpolnjevanje razpisnih pogojev, medtem ko je v zasebnem sektorju poudarek tudi na osebnostnih in vedenjskih karakteristikah kandidatov. Potrdila se je naša domneva, da se večina podjetij sooča s težavami pri zapolnitvi prostih delovnih mest, zato smo podali priporočila tako glede postopkov pridobivanja kandidatov kot tudi glede izvedbe selekcijskega postopka. Predpogoj za uspešnost iskanja in selekcije kadrovskih virov pa je ustrezna blagovna znamka delodajalca.

Title:Analysis of recruitment and selection approaches in slovenian companies
Abstract:Successful operations of companies are largely dependent on their employees. Ensuring a sufficient pool of relevant staff is one of the fundamental tasks of human resources management. In doing so, a properly executed recruitment and selection procedure is crucial. In the research, we wanted to find out, which recruitment and selection methods have proved as the most suitable in practice. Companies mostly recruit candidates by posting vacancies on various job portals, websites and social networks. Headhunting and recruitment based on referrals are also increasingly used. In the field of the selection procedure, the interview and candidate testing methods proved to be the most suitable. We found that there are differences in searching for qualified and unqualified staff. The differences show in the recruitment phase as well as in the selection phase. Differences between the public and private sector have also been observed. In the private sector, a wider spectrum of recruitment and selection methods is used than in the public sector. In the public sector, fulfilment of tender conditions is key in the selection of candidates, while in the private sector, emphasis is also put on personal and behavioural characteristics of candidates. We proved our hypothesis, that the majority of companies is facing difficulties in filling vacancies, so we have provided recommendations regarding the recruitment procedures as well as regarding the execution of the selection procedure. A prerequisite for successful recruitment and selection of human resources is a successful brand of the employer.
