Title:Analiza potenciala za širitev mednarodnih poslovnih aktivnosti podjetja weiler abrasives na južnoafriškem trgu

Abstract:Podjetja za širitev prodaje iščejo nove potencialne trge, ki ponujajo čim več tržnih priložnosti. Eden od potencialnih trgov je južnoafriški trg, ki že dalj časa predstavlja veliko priložnost za podjetja, ki se hočejo internacionalizirati na afriškem kontinentu. Potenciali tega trga ležijo v zgodovinsko močnem gospodarstvu, infrastrukturi in mnogih naravnih resursih. Za podjetje Weiler Abrasives, d. o. o., ki je vstopilo na ta trg in se osredotoča na panogo umetnih brusov, južnoafriški trg predstavlja veliko priložnost za povečanje lastne prodaje rezalnih in brusnih ploščic predvsem zaradi sklenjenega partnerstva z lokalnim južnoafriškim podjetjem. Vendar pa je zaradi trenutno slabšega gospodarskega stanja v Republiki Južne Afrike potrebna ocena vseh dejavnikov, ki bodo vplivali na nadaljnje poslovanje podjetja. V diplomskem delu se osredotočamo na dejavnike in lastnosti trga južnoafriške republike, ki se navezujejo na panogo umetnih brusov. V drugem poglavju opisujemo deželno in panožno okolje. V tretjem poglavju obravnavamo mednarodne poslovne aktivnosti ter njihovo povezanost s poslovnimi procesi podjetja. V četrtem poglavju analiziramo deželno okolje južnoafriškega trga, skladno z dimenzijami tega okolja, ki so opisane v drugem poglavju. V petem poglavju predstavljamo in analiziramo panogo umetnih brusov in poslovanje podjetja Weiler Abrasives, d. o. o., na južnoafriškem trgu, vključno z izvedbo SWOT analize in opredelitvijo tržnih potencialov podjetja na tem trgu.

Title:The analysis of the potential for expansion of weiler abrasives´ business activities in the south african market
Abstract:In order to expand their sales, companies are looking for new potential markets that offer as many market opportunities as possible. One of those potentials is the South African market, which has long represented many opportunities for companies that plan to internationalize. The potential of this market lies in a historically strong economy, infrastructure and many natural resources. For the company Weiler Abrasives d.o.o., which entered this market and focuses on the industry of artificial grinding wheels, the South African market represents a great opportunity to increase its sales of cutting and grinding discs, mainly thanks to their partnership with a local South African company. However, due to the current weakened economic situation in the Republic of South Africa, it is necessary to assess all factors that will affect company’s continued operations on this market. In the thesis, we focus on the factors and characteristics of the South African market as they relate to the artificial abrasives industry. In Chapter 2 we describe the country's and industry's environment. In Chapter 3, we look at international business activities and how they relate to the company's business processes. In Chapter 4 we analyse the country's environment of the South African market, in line with the dimensions of this environment described in Chapter 2. In Chapter 5, we present and analyse the abrasives industry and the performance of Weiler Abrasives, Ltd. in the South African market, including a SWOT analysis and the identification of the company's market potential in this market.
