Title:OPC UA vmesnik vgrajen v industrijske naprave : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen OPC UA vmesnik z namestitvijo oziroma nastavitvami strežnika za uporabo direktno na strojni opremi industrijske avtomatizacije. Izvedena je primerjava med klasično shemo OPC povezovanja, OPC UA in OPC UA, vgrajenim v naprave. Prikazan je primer z vgrajenim OPC UA vmesnikom podjetja Siemens na krmilniku S7-1200 serije. Na didaktičnem modelu regulacije temperature so se preverile možnosti uporabe, nastavitve zaščit dostopa in enkripcija; za omogočitev zanesljive in varne komunikacije v industrijski sferi in navzven v medmrežje. V demonstraciji je izvedena PLK koda v TIA portalu in prenos IO točk iz PLK v SCADA sistem preko OPC UA vmesnika s programskim okoljem IFIX. Dodatno je testiran projekt OPC UA vmesnika na Raspberry Pi platformi, z demonstracijo prenosa vrednosti temperature in vlage v SCADA sistem, s čimer je možno razne IoT in IIoT naprave vključevati v industrijske aplikacije. Testirana sta tudi Matlab OPC UA odjemalec in hitrost prenosa IO točk tako iz PLK kot iz Raspberry PI naprave. Nazadnje smo uspeli z demo aplikacijami na Android platformi preko OPC UA odjemalcev izvesti še mobilno aplikacijo z grafičnim vmesnikom na modelu regulacije temperature.

Title:OPC UA embedded into industrial devices
Abstract:The diploma thesis presents an overview and examples of OPC UA interface (server) integration and settings for use directly with industrial hardware in the field of automation. A comparison is made between the classic OPC connection scheme, OPC UA and OPC UA scheme embedded into devices. An example is shown where built-in OPC UA interface is setup on Siemens PLC S7-1200, with properly set up protection, access, encryption, etc, to enable reliable and secure communication in the industrial environment and also towards internet. The demonstration is shown on a didactic model of temperature control, where the PLK code is realized in the TIA portal, and the transfer of IO points from the PLK to the SCADA system is done by the OPC UA interface and the iFIX software. Additionally, the OPC UA interface embedded on the Raspberry Pi platform is tested, with a demonstration of the temperature and humidity values transferred to the SCADA system, which makes it possible to integrate and include various IoT and IIoT devices into industrial applications. The Matlab OPC UA client was also tested, as well as the transfer speed of IO points both from the PLC and from the Raspberry PI device. Finally, we managed to demonstrate a mobile application with a graphic interface for the project of temperature control by demo Android applications with integrated OPC UA client.
