Abstract:V sezoni 2018 smo v nasadih jablan sort Gala, Fuji in Zlati delišes testirali 0-residue koncept varstva pred škodljivimi organizmi. Standardni intenzivni integriran škropilni program (V1) smo primerjali z dvema 0-residue škropilnima programoma V2 in V3. Zaradi izvajanja V2 in V3 škropilnih programov ni prišlo do značilnega znižanja pridelka in do značilnega znižanja deleža jabolk prvega razreda.

Title:Testing 0-residue apple production
Abstract:In the 2018 season, we tested the 0-residue concept of protection against harmful organisms in apple orchards of the Gala, Fuji and Golden Delicious varieties. The standard intensive integrated spraying program (V1) was compared with two 0-residue spraying programs V2 and V3. In the V2 and V3 programs, in the second part of the season, from the beginning of July onwards, we used alternative preparations that are used in organic production of apples instead of chemical plant protection products. The implementation of the V2 and V3 spraying programs was almost as effective in providing control over apple diseases and pests as the V1 spraying program. As a result of the implementation of the V2 and V3 spraying programs there was no significant decrease in yield and no significant decrease in the proportion of first-class apples. In V2 and V3 we significantly reduced the number of active pesticide substances found with a concentration above the 0.01 mg/kg level, as well as the parameters cumulative % MRL and % ARFD, which are very important in assessing the acceptability of apples for purchase by retail chains. With the V2 and V3 programs we were able to meet the demanding criteria of retail chains.
