Title:Stiske, dileme in težave pri organizaciji dela v centru za krepitev zdravja v času epidemije covid-19

Abstract:Delovna enota, ki je bila umeščena v nivo slovenskega zdravstvenega varstva ne dolgo nazaj, je postala eden ključnih faktorjev pri organizaciji in izvajanju ukrepov v času epidemije Covid-19. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, s kakšnimi stiskami, dilemami in težavami so se vodje Centrov za krepitev zdravja (CKZ) srečevale pri organizaciji dela v času epidemije Covid-19. Uporabljena je bila kvalitativna metodologija. Instrument raziskave je bil delno strukturiran intervju. Sodelovalo je šest intervjuvank, ki so vodile CKZ v času epidemiološke krize in prevzele odgovorno organizacijsko vlogo. Intervjuji so bili posneti s pomočjo videokonference Zoom in dobesedno prepisani. S sintezo podatkov smo identificirali proste kode, katere smo analizirali in primerjali med seboj v namen razvoja podtem in glavne teme. Na osnovi analize je bilo oblikovanih šest podtem: stiske, izzivi, dileme, težave, organizacija in razreševanje zapletov. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je bilo sprva težko zagotoviti zaščitna sredstva, kasneje organizirati delo na različnih novonastalih deloviščih hkrati in ga nenehno organizacijsko modificirati glede na potrebe. CKZ-ji so na morebitno zaprtje javnega življenja dobro pripravljeni na podlagi preživete izkušnje in medsebojnega timskega povezovanja znotraj same delovne enote.Iznajdljivost, sodelovanje, trdo delo, odrekanja in predvsem fleksibilnost, so bile odlike, s pomočjo katerih se je v času negotovosti, služba CKZ odzvala na preizkušnjo. CKZ je delovna enota, ki skrbi za celokupno preventivno naravnano zdravje tako posameznika kot tudi širše družbe.

Title:Distresses, dilemmas and difficulties in organizing work at the center for health promotion during the covid-19 epidemic
Abstract:The work unit, which was placed at the level of Slovenian health care not long ago, became one of the key factors in the organization and implementation of measures during the Covid-19 epidemic. The aim of the research was to find out what hardships, dilemmas and problems the heads of Health Promotion Centers faced when organizing their work during the Covid-19 epidemic. A qualitative methodology was used. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview. Six interviewees took part, who led the Health Promotion Centers during the epidemiological crisis and assumed a responsible organizational role. Interviews were recorded using Zoom videoconferencing and transcribed verbatim. By synthesizing the data, we identified free codes, which we analyzed and compared with each other in order to develop sub-themes and the main theme. In the six sub-topics that dealt with difficulties, challenges, dilemmas, problems, organization and resolution of complications, it was found that it was initially difficult to provide protective means, but later to organize work at different newly created workplaces at the same time and to constantly modify it organizationally according to needs. CKZ are well prepared for the possible closure of public life on the basis of past experience and mutual team bonding within the work unit itself.Ingenuity, cooperation, hard work, self-sacrifice and, above all, flexibility, were the qualities with which the service of the Center for Health Promotion responded to the test in times of uncertainty. The Center for Health Promotion is a work unit that takes care of the overall preventive health of both the individual and the wider society.
