Abstract:	Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti in kritično analizirati proces predpriprave materiala pred sterilizacijo v podjetju, ki se ukvarja s sterilizacijo medicinskih pripomočkov. Z metodo opazovanja smo opisali tri različice izvajanja procesa. Ob pomoči diagramov poteka in procesnih kart smo razčlenili korake posameznih različic in skušali oceniti prednosti in slabosti vsake od njih, pri čemer so bili glavni primerjalni kriteriji čas izvedbe, ergonomija in zagotavljanje kakovosti. Predlagali smo standardizacijo najboljšega načina izvajanja procesa glede na omenjene kriterije, kar bo podjetju dalo dobro osnovo za nadaljnje izboljšave. Predlagali smo tudi preureditev prostora, kjer se proces izvaja, z namenom zmanjševanja gibanja izvajalcev aktivnosti procesa in zagotavljanja boljše kakovosti. Eden od ključnih predlogov je bila vpeljava postopka uvajanja novih zaposlenih, da bi bilo izvajanje procesa v prihodnje poenoteno.

Title:	Process improvement in the internal logistics of the observed company
Abstract:	The purpose of this thesis was to present and critically analyze the process of pre-preparation of material before sterilization in a company dealing with the sterilization of medical devices. Using the observation method, we observed three different ways of carrying out the process. With the help of flowcharts and process maps, we analyzed the steps of individual versions and tried to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, with the main comparison criteria being execution time, ergonomics and quality assurance. We proposed to standardize the best of the versions according to these criteria, which will give the company a good basis for further improvements. We also proposed arranging the space where the process is carried out with the aim of reducing the movement of people involved in the process and enabling better quality assurance. One of the key proposals was the introduction of the induction process for new employees, so that there would be no more discrepancies in the implementation of the process in the future.
