Abstract:Komisioniranje predstavlja najintenzivnejši skladiščni proces, saj se zanj porabi največ časa. Zaradi slednjega raziskovalci že leta iščejo rešitve, kako izboljšati proces, oz. doseči večjo učinkovitost. S ciljem povečanja produktivnosti procesa komisioniranja uporabljamo metode in tehnike, ki pomagajo doseči učinkovit proces. črki, barvi in številki zabojnika. Največ časa, T = 2.803 s, so komisionarji začetniki potrebovali za komisioniranje po tretjem načinu označb, kjer so imeli na voljo podatke o nazivu artikla, mikrolokaciji, coni oz. regalu, višini oz. črki in barvi.

Title:Order-picking analysis using eye tracking glasses to track the order picker's gaze
Abstract:Order picking is the most intensive warehouse process, as it takes the most time to be fulfilled. Because of the latter, researchers have been looking for solutions for years, to improve the process or achieve greater efficiency in the implementation of the process itself. With the goal of increasing the productivity of the order picking process, there are a lot of methods and techniques, available on the market, that help us achieve greater efficiency. One of the modern technologies on the market is eye tracking. The goal of the master's work was to determine which type of warehouse rack labeling is the most understandable for order pickers beginners, so that they can find the required items as soon as possible. In order to achieve the goal, we analyzed how long and how many times were order pickers beginners focused on different warehouse rack labelling during the order picking process. We prepared and carried out an experiment where order pickers beginners were performing order picking process based on different warehouse rack labelling. With experiment, we obtained recordings with the help of eye tracking glasses, which we later analyzed in the Tobii Pro Lab program. With analysis we gathered the information about the order picking times, the number and duration of fixations. The main findings when analyzing the duration of pickings are that order pickers beginners were the fastest with the second method of marking shelves, where they had information about the name of the item, micro location, zone and the height at which the searched product was located. They needed a total of 2,509 s, which was 113 s faster than the second-best time achieved by order pickers beginners using the fourth marking method. In the case of the latter, the information, about the name of the item, the micro location of the item, the zone or rack, height or letters, colors and numbers of the container, were available. The most time, 2,803 s, was needed for picking according to the third method of labeling, where they had available information about the name of the item, micro location, zone or rack, height or letters and colors. In the analysis of fixations, we found that order pickers beginners spent the most time focusing on the order picking list, 36% of the total time. Searched item name and scanning were in second and third place with 30 and 28%. As follows, they spent the most time focusing on the micro location, the height or letter, and the box number. They were least focused on the rack number and color. When analyzing the number of fixations, we found that they looked most often, 646 times, at the order picking list, and then at the searched item name, 543 times. In the following places, there were scanning, height or letter, article micro location and color. They looked at the box number the fewest times, 22 times, and at the shelf number, 10 times.
