Title:Preučitev primernosti RFID tehnologije za sledenje materiala v podjetju Tajfun Planina d.o.o. : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa

Abstract:V diplomskem delu obravnavamo sledljivost vhodnega materiala v podjetju Tajfun Planina d.o.o., ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo gozdarske opreme. Zanima nas primernost uvedbe RFID tehnologije v podjetje. Predpostavljamo namreč, da bi morebitna uvedba RFID tehnologije v podjetje prinesla boljšo sledljivost, manj napak in krajši čas dela v logističnem procesu. Za lažjo predstavo v začetku povzamemo ključne informacije o RFID tehnologiji, o njenem razvoju in opišemo gradnike sistema, ki temelji na omenjeni tehnologiji. Predstavimo tudi RFID standarde, navedemo vrste izvedb ter predstavimo težave, varnost in zasebnost RFID sistemov. Nadalje predstavimo stroške uvedbe in opišemo, na katere okoljske dejavnike je tehnologija RFID občutljiva. Sledi opis obstoječega načina dela z materialom ter predstavitev avtomatiziranih zalogovnikov in kanban sistema. Pri kritični analizi opišemo potek izvedbe inventure, prikažemo časovni potek operacij z materialom in analiziramo verjetnost napak pri delu. Pri opisu rešitve je opisan način uvedbe RFID tehnologije v podjetje; in sicer na način, da nosilce materialov opremimo z RFID oznakami in pri premikih materialov uporabljamo čitalnike. Primerjava trenutnega stanja in stanja po prenovi nam prikaže, da prenova prinese krajši čas izvedbe operacij z materialom, boljšo sledljivost in manj napak pri delu.

Title:RFID technology appropriateness study for material tracking in Tajfun Planina d.o.o.
Abstract:The graduation thesis deals with the traceability of input materials in Tajfun Planina d.o.o., the company manufacturing forestry equipment. The focus of the study is the appropriateness of RFID technology implementation in the company. Our assumption is that the possible implementation of RFID technology would bring better traceability, fewer errors and shorter work time in the logistics process. For a clear presentation, at the beginning, key information about RFID technology is summarized, as well as its development and the system components based on the mentioned technology. Additionally, RFID standards are presented together with the types of implementations, problems, security and privacy of RFID systems. Further, the implementation costs are presented and the environmental factors to which the RFID technology is sensitive are described. There is also a description of the current way of handling the materials and a presentation of automated warehouses and the Kanban system. The critical analysis presents the process of inventory control system, the time course of operations with the materials and the analysis of the probability of work errors. The description of the solution presents the method of implementation of RFID technology into the company, i.e. the material carriers are equipped with RFID tags and readers are used to track the moving materials. A comparison of the current state and the state after the renovation shows that the renovation brings a shorter time for operations with the materials, better traceability and fewer work errors.
