Abstract:Uvod: Duhovnost združuje različne pojme, kot so: vrednote, upanje, energija, motivacija, smisel življenja, odpuščanje in religija. Literaturo smo iskali s pomočjo podatkovnih baz Science Direct, MEDLINE, Wiley Online Library, CINAHL in Web of Science. Ženske si najbolj želijo pogovora s partnerjem in z bližnjimi.

Title:The spiritual needs of women after abortion
Abstract:Introduction: Spirituality combines various concepts such as: values, hope, energy, motivation, meaning of life, forgiveness and religion. Different periods in life, such as termination of pregnancy, can represent a great test for an individual. When a woman spontaneously loses her unborn child, her spiritual world can collapse. Methods: In order to prepare the final paper, we conducted a narrative review of the literature. We searched the literature using the Science Direct, MEDLINE, Wiley Online Library, CINAHL and Web of Science databases. We also defined the inclusion and exclusion criteria. We have shown the process of searching for results in a diagram according to PRISMA guidelines. To show the synthesis, we used the method of content analysis and data synthesis Results: In the final analysis, we included four articles from which we found that women after spontaneous termination of pregnancy want good spiritual care in addition to medical care. Women want to talk with their partner and loved ones the most. Spiritual care offers them a renewed search for the meaning of life, emotions and better well-being Discussion and conclusion: In most cases, spiritual care is still neglected and unexplored in practice. Health professionals are still reluctant to offer it and avoid it. It would be important to do a lot of research in the field of spiritual health, because in a case such as pregnancy loss, it is extremely important for women.
