Title:Vpliv režima upravljanja in starosti vinograda na semensko banko tal

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi smo iz petih različnih vinogradov različnih starosti na severni strani mesta Maribor, kjer se nahajajo Mestni vrh, Kalvarija, Piramida in Vinarje, odvzeli vzorce semenske banke tal. Na podlagi identificiranih vrst semenske banke tal in vrst iz re-centnega popisa smo primerjali vinograde med seboj po starosti in ugotovili, da se števi-lo vrst v SBT in recentni združbi s starostjo vinogradov povečuje. Enak trend opazimo pri številu semen. Preverili smo tudi vrstno pestrost glede na režim upravljanja z vinogradi. Izvzeli smo povprečje vrst SBT treh intenzivnih vinogradov in dveh ekstenzivnih/zapuščenih vinogradih, ki sta enkrat letno košena oziroma sta v procesu primarne sukcesije. V intenzivnem vinogradu je bilo v povprečju na vzorec manj vrst v primerjavi z ekstenzivnim/zapuščenim vinogradom, medtem ko je povprečno število semen na vzo-rec prevladovalo nekoliko bolj v intenzivnem vinogradu. Vzorce v vsakem vinogradu smo odvzeli po transektu na robu, ¼ in sredini vinograda. Tako smo ugotovili, da se število vrst in število semen od roba proti sredini vinograda zmanjšuje. Enak trend opazimo vzdolž transekta. Od periferije vinograda v notranjost se je s transketom število vrst in število semen zmanjševalo. S Pearsonovim korelacijskim koeficientom smo dokazali, da na vnos vrst/semen vpliva heterogena krajina in robni efekt.

Title:The influence of the management regime and age of the vineyard on the soil seed bank
Abstract:In masters assignment we choose five different vineyards on north side of Maribor which are located on hills Mestni vrh, Kalvarija, Piramida and Vinarje. In those vineyards we took samples of soil seed bank and sampled their recent flora. From indentification of seeds we could compare vineyards by age and we found out that number of species is rising with the age of vineyards. The same result was with nubmer of seeds. In further investigation we compare vineyars depending on manegment. We took average number of species and average number of seeds in three intensive vineyerds and two extensive vineyards. Extensive vineyards were also in primary succession. In intensive vineyards there were less average number of species per sample, meanwhile there was a larger average number of seeds per sample in intensive vineyards. In every vineyard we took samples in transekt on edge, ¼ and in the midle of the vineyards. This helps us find outh number of specis and number of seeds is droping from the edge to the midle of vineyards. We found the simillar result where number of spicies and number of seeds is droping with transekt. With Pearson correlation coefficient we found outh that specis come to the vineyard from heterogenic landscape and from the edge effect.
