Title:Vodenje in sodelovanje vodilnih destinacij Termalno Panonske Slovenije z njihovimi turističnimi deležniki : diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija

Abstract:Destinacijski management deluje na način strateškega pristopa in razvoja, kjer se na trgu izmenjujeta ponudba, povpraševanje ter odnosi med turisti in turističnimi deležniki. Destinacijski management vključuje promocijo turistične destinacije, ustvarjanje novih blagovnih znamk, uspešno trženje turističnih produktov in storitev, vse to pa z zagotavljanjem pogojev sodelovanja za doseganje skupnih vizij turističnega razvoja, tako na lokalni kot tudi na nacionalni ravni. Pri tem pa je v prvi vrsti osrednjega pomena vprašanje, kakšni vodje vodijo vodilne destinacije, da bodo njihovi deležniki najbolj zadovoljni z vzpostavljenim sodelovanjem. V diplomski nalogi smo se omejili na Panonsko Termalno makro destinacijo in analizirali, v kolikšni meri turistični deležniki prepoznajo t.i. transformacijski tip vodenja pri vodjih vodilnih destinacij, kako so zadovoljni s sodelovanjem in kako je to dvoje povezano. Pri raziskavi smo se osredotočili na tri dimenzije vodenja, in sicer na dimenzijo transformacijskega vodenja idealiziranih vplivov, dimenzijo transformacijskega vodenja idealiziranega vedenja ter dimenzijo transformacijskega vodenja inspiracijske motivacije. S pomočjo analize anketnega vprašalnika smo preverili ali so dimenzije ocene transformacijskega stila vodenja pozitivno povezane z zadovoljstvom s sodelovanjem z vodilno destinacijo. Osrednje ugotovitve zaključnega dela so bile v skladu z našimi hipotezami, čeprav je osrednja omejitev bila velikost vzorca (zgolj 53 med 104 predstavniki turističnih deležnikov je vedelo, kdo so vodje njihovih vodilnih destinacij). Na podlagi rezultatov smo oblikovali predloge izboljšav in smernice za bolj učinkovit odnos med vodilnimi destinacijami in turističnimi deležniki Termalno Panonske Slovenije, prav tako smo izpostavili predloge za nadaljnje raziskovanje.

Title:Leadership and collaboration of the leading destinations of Thermal Pannonian Slovenia with tourism stakeholders
Abstract:Destination management works in the way of a strategic approach and development, where supply, demand and relations between tourists and tourism stakeholders are exchanged on the market. Destination management includes promotion of a tourist destination, creation of new brands, marketing of tourist products and services, and with the help of cooperation ensures achievement of common tourism development visions, both at the local and national level. In this thesis, we focus on destination management leadership as an attribute of leaders. We limit the research to the Thermal Pannonian macro destination of Slovenia and analyze the extent to which tourism stakeholders recognize the so-called transformational type of leadership of leading destinations managers, how satisfied they are with cooperation and how the two are related. In the research, we focus on three dimensions leadership dimensions: transformational leadership of idealized influences, transformational leadership of idealized behavior and transformational leadership of inspirational motivation. . Using the analysis of the survey questionnaire, we analysed whether the three dimensions of the transformational leadership style are positively correlated with satisfaction with cooperation. The main findings of the completed work were in line with our hypotheses although an important limitation is the size of the sample (only 53 out of 104 respondents knew who the managers of their leading destination organisation were). Based on the results, we formulated suggestions for improvements and guidelines for a more effective relationship between the leading destinations and tourism stakeholders of Thermal Pannonian Slovenia, and we also highlighted suggestions for further research.
