Title:	Digitalna transformacija logističnih procesov v panogi ravnanja z odpadki

Abstract:	V magistrskem delu ugotavljamo vpliv pandemije covida-19 na digitalizacijo logističnih procesov, in sicer na področju ravnanja z odpadki. Najprej teoretično preučujemo vlogo digitalizacije, pri čemer izpostavimo tako prednosti kot slabosti digitalizacije poslovanja. Še posebej se osredotočimo na vpliv pandemije, ki je povzročila potrebo po globalni digitalizaciji podjetij. To je pomenilo hitro prilagajanje tako nestabilnim tržnim razmeram, kot tudi vse zahtevnejšim željam kupcev. S pregledom različnih mednarodnih študij smo ugotovili, da je bila sprememba na ravni digitalizacije podjetij v času pandemije nujna za njihov obstoj, hkrati pa je prav digitalizacija postavila temelje poslovanja v prihodnosti. Pandemija koronavirusne bolezni je podjetja postavila pred tehnološko prelomno točko in za vedno spremenila način njihovega poslovanja. Podjetja se trudijo ostati na vrhu svoje industrije tako, da sledijo razvijajočemu se digitalnemu svetu. Posledice so vidne v proizvodnem in logističnem sektorju. Proizvodna in logistična industrija svoj ekosistem integrirata z najsodobnejšimi tehnologijami pri upravljanju dobavne verige. Potreba po učinkovitem upravljanju motenj dobavnih verig v času epidemije je napovedala tehnološki prehod na logistiko 4.0. Danes pa premik k trajnosti po pandemiji vodi v prehod na logistiko 5.0. S trajnostnimi premiki k digitalnemu svetu se soočajo tudi slovenska podjetja. Zato smo se v magistrskem delu osredotočili na digitalne transformacije logističnega procesa v industriji ravnanja z odpadki, pri čemer nas je zanimalo predvsem, kako se je podjetje Surovina d.o.o. s tovrstnimi procesi soočalo pred pandemijo in po njej. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na področje logistike, ki je v tej panogi zelo pomembna, saj predstavlja velik del poslovne učinkovitosti. Zanimalo nas je, v katerem delu logističnega procesa v panogi ravnanja z odpadki se pojavlja največja potreba po digitalizaciji. Ugotovili smo, da se bo delež vlaganj – glede na obdobje pred pandemijo – bistveno povečal na področju digitalizacije. Podjetje največje potrebe po digitalizaciji izkazuje v procesu vhodne logistike – pri nabavi. Za podjetje Surovina d.o.o. je pomembno predvsem vzpostaviti elektronsko naročanje odvozov za dobavitelje in na podlagi tega vzpostaviti sprejemljiv vozni park, ki bi zmanjšal neizkoriščene kilometre, s tem pa stroške goriva ter količino emisij. Najpomembnejši sklop digitalizacije vhodne logistike bo reševanje reklamacij – modul bo podjetju omogočil prepoznavanje težav in zmanjšanje stroška s surovinami, ki ne dosegajo zahtevanih standardov.

Title:	Digital transformation of logistics processes in the waste management industry
Abstract:	In the master's thesis, we determine the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the digitalization of logistics processes, namely in the field of waste management. First, we theoretically examine the role of digitalization, highlighting both, its advantages and disadvantages. In particular, we focus on the impact of the pandemic, which has caused the need for global digitalization of companies. This meant quick adaptation to unstable market conditions as well as increasingly demanding customer wishes. By reviewing various global studies, we found that a change in the level of digitalization of companies during the pandemic was necessary for their existence, and at the same time, it was digitalization that laid the foundation for business in the future. The coronavirus disease pandemic has put companies at a technological tipping point and forever changed the way they do business. Companies are struggling to stay on top of their industry by keeping up with the evolving digital world. The consequences are visible in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. The manufacturing and logistics industries integrate their ecosystems with the latest technologies in supply chain management. The need to effectively deal with supply chain disruptions during the epidemic heralded the technological transition to Logistics 4.0. Today, however, the shift to sustainability after the pandemic is leading to a transition to logistics 5.0. Slovenian companies are also faced with sustainable shifts towards the digital world. Therefore, in our master's thesis, we focused on the digital transformations of the logistics process in the waste management industry, and we were mainly interested in how the company Surovina d.o.o. faced with such processes before and after the pandemic. We focused mainly on the field of logistics, which is very important in this industry, as it represents a large part of business efficiency. We were interested in which part of the logistics process in the waste management industry is the greatest need for digitalization. We found that the share of investments - compared to the period before the pandemic - will significantly increase in the field of digitalization. The company shows the greatest need for digitalization in the process of inbound logistics - in procurement. For the company Surovina d.o.o. it is important above all to establish electronic ordering of deliveries for suppliers and, based on this, to establish an acceptable vehicle fleet, which would reduce unused kilometers, and thus fuel costs and the amount of emissions. The most important part of the digitalization of inbound logistics will be the resolution of complaints - the module will enable the company to identify problems and reduce costs with raw materials that do not meet the required standards.
