Abstract:
Fizične, psihične in biomehanske obremenitve na delovnih mestih zdravstvene nege so dejstvo. Ker njihove posledice lahko vodijo do negativnih posledic tako za zaposlene kot za delodajalce, so nujno potrebni ukrepi ergonomije. Namen diplomskega dela je raziskati delovne obremenitve medicinskih sester pri delu s starejšimi osebami, ugotoviti poznavanje ergonomskih principov ter njihovo dejansko uporabo pri delu s starejšimi osebami.

Ergonomic approaches in the treatment of the elderly persons in institutional care
Abstract:
Physical, psychological and biomechanical stresses in healthcare workplaces are a fact of life. Their consequences can lead to negative consequences for both employees and employers, therefore ergonomic measures are urgently needed. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the workload of nurses when working with the elderly, to establish knowledge of ergonomic principles and their actual application in working with elderly.
