Title:Izgradnja in avtomatizacija laboratorijskega sistema za pozicioniranje s servopogonom in trifaznim elektromotorjem : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomsko delo temelji na izgradnji in avtomatizaciji laboratorijskega sistema za pozicioniranje s servopogonom in trifaznim elektromotorjem. Izgradnja sistema je zasnovana na načrtovanju in tisku-3D komponent ter priključitvi električnih komponent proizvajalca Mitsubishi Electric. Avtomatizacija sistema pa je temeljila na uporabi programske opreme proizvajalca Mitsubishi Electric, pri čemer smo v diplomskem delu avtomatizirali in inicializirali vse uporabljene električne komponente. Nazadnje je sledilo še preizkušanje izgrajenega in avtomatiziranega sistema za pozicioniranje, pri čemer smo preizkusili delovanje sistema ter odpravili morebitne napake. Izgrajen laboratorijski sistem je namenjen uporabi v laboratoriju kot didaktični modul pri laboratorijskih vajah.

Title:Construction and automation of a laboratory positioning system using a servo drive and a three-phase electric motor
Abstract:The diploma thesis focuses on the construction and automation of a laboratory positioning system using a servo drive and a three-phase electro motor. The construction of the system consisted of designing and printing 3D components. The electrical components manufactured by Mitsubishi electric were connected as well. The automation of the system was based on the use of the software by Mitsubishi Electric, with which we automated and initialized all electrical components in the system. Furthermore, we tested the laboratory system and eliminated potential errors. The laboratory system is intended for use as a didactic module in the laboratory.
