Abstract:Namen magistrskega dela je bil primerjava treh tehnološko različnih hlevov piščancev brojlerjev s ciljem ugotoviti tehnološko najbolj primeren hlev za rejo. Z najmanjšo pojavnostjo FPD. Raziskavo smo izvajali na kmetiji Herzog v štirih ponovitvah. Spremljali smo notranjo, zunanjo temperaturo in temperaturo nastilja, notranjo in zunanjo relativno zračno vlago, amonijak, gretje, ventilacijo, krmo, stanje nastilja in poškodbe nožnih blazinic. Parametre smo spremljali s pomočjo računalnikov v hlevih, amonijak smo merili z Dreager merilnikom, krmo, stanje nastilja in poškodbe nožnih blazinic smo ocenjevali vizualno po protokolu Welfare Quality Assessment protocol for poultry. V koncentraciji amonijaka, dnevni stopnji pogina, kumulativnem dnevnem poginu, v notranji, zunanji temperaturi ter temperaturi nastilja, v telesni masi in porabi vode ni bilo statistično značilnih razlik (P > 0,05).

Title:Comparison of broiler chicken breeding conditions in three technologically different stables
Abstract:The purpose of the master's thesis was to compare three technologically different barns for broiler chickens with the aim of finding the most technologically suitable barn for breeding. The research was carried out on the Herzog farm in four replications. We monitored indoor, outdoor and litter temperature, indoor and outdoor relative air humidity, ammonia, heating, ventilation, feed, litter condition and damage to foot pads. The parameters were monitored with the help of computers in the barns and the ammonia was measured with a Dreager meter. The feed, the condition of the litter and damage to the foot pads were assessed visually according to the Welfare Quality Assessment protocol for poultry. We found that the internal humidity in barn 1, which was the oldest, was statistically significantly (P < 0.05) the lowest, while the mortality and incidence of FPD 3 in barn 1 was statistically significantly (P < 0.05) the highest and in barn 2 the lowest. Barn 3 did not differ statistically significantly (P > 0.05) from barns 1 and 2. There were no statistically significant differences in ammonia concentration, daily death rate, cumulative daily death, internal, external and litter temperature, weight and water consumption ( P > 0.05).
