Title:Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v podjetju za predelavo lesa

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo želeli ugotoviti, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v podjetju za predelavo lesa. Da bi to ugotovili, smo najprej v teoretičnem delu skrbno preučili in analizirali literaturo. Osredotočili smo se na sedem dejavnikov zadovoljstva in sicer na izobraževanje in usposabljanje, delovni čas, plačo, medsebojne odnose, delovne razmere, nagrajevanje ter napredovanje zaposlenih. Opisali smo tudi absentizem in fluktuacijo, ki sta posledici nezadovoljstva zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo raziskave ugotovili, da so zaposleni v podjetju za predelavo lesa najbolj zadovoljni z medsebojnimi odnosi ter s komunikacijo v podjetju, ki sta bila najbolje ocenjena dejavnika. Nekateri anketiranci so izrazili delno nezadovoljstvo na področju kariernega razvoja, saj gre za manjše podjetje in nimajo vsi enakih možnosti za napredek. Zato smo podjetju predlagali, naj zaposlene nagrajujejo na drugačne načine, kot so razne ugodnosti pri delu, ter dodatne možnosti izobraževanj za njihov osebni razvoj.

Title:Employee job satisfaction in company for wood processing
Abstract:In the diploma thesis, we wanted to find out, which factors affect employee satisfaction at the workplace in a wood processing company. In order to find this out, we first carefully studied and analyzed the literature in the theoretical part, focusing on seven factors of satisfaction, namely education and training, working hours, salary, mutual relations, working conditions, rewarding and promotion of employees. We also described absenteeism and turnover, which are consequences of employee dissatisfaction. In the empirical part, with the help of the research, we found that the employees of the wood processing company are most satisfied with mutual relations and communication in the company, which were the best rated factors. Some respondents expressed dissatisfaction in the field of career development, as it is a smaller company and not everyone has the same opportunities for advancement. That's why we suggested to the company that they reward employees in different ways, such as various benefits at work, as well as additional training opportunities for their personal development.
