Title:Prenova in nadvišanje stanovanjskega bloka s CLT moduli - energetska in statična analiza : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi je analizirana prenova in nadvišanje izbrane večstanovanjske stavbe z lesenimi bivalnimi moduli iz križno lepljenih plošč. Podrobno se obravnava energijska učinkovitost stavbe za obstoječe stanje in vse faze prenove s pomočjo programa PHPP in ob upoštevanju pravilnika PURES ter statični vplivi na obstoječi objekt pred in po prenovi s pomočjo programa Scia Engineer in v skladu s pravilniki Evrokod. Prav tako so dimenzionirani CLT paneli nadvišanega dela. Pri obravnavi energijske učinkovitosti smo ugotovili, da s prenovo zmanjšamo potrebo po ogrevanju objekta za kar 91,4 %. Potrebo po ohlajevanju objekta v poletnih mesecih najbolj zmanjšamo z menjavo oken, nato še nekoliko z izolacijo sten in uporabo prezračevalnega sistema z izkoriščanjem toplote odpadnega zraka. Z nadgradnjo stavbe z moduli se potreba po ohlajevanju močno poveča glede na prejšnji korak – a je še vedno 23,4 % manjša kot v prvotnem stanju. Pri statični analizi smo ugotovili, da lahko obstoječi objekt vzdrži povečanje napetosti ob nadvišanju, kljub upoštevanju zastarelosti opeke. Ugotovili smo tudi, da se vpliv vetra pri nadvišanju bistveno poveča, medtem ko vpliv potresa ostane praktično nespremenjen.

Title:Renovation and elevation of an apartment block with CLT modules - energy and static analysis
Abstract:The Master`s thesis analyzes the renovation and upgrade of a selected residential multi family building with timber modules made of cross laminated timber panels. Building energy efficiency during the individual phases of the renovation is discussed in detail using the PHPP software and taking into account the PURES rules, as well as the static effects on the existing building using the SCIA Engineer software in accordance with the Eurocode. The CLT panels are also designed. Considering the energy efficiency, we found that the renovation reduces the energy demand for heating the building by as much as 91.4 %. The energy demand for cooling in the summer months is best reduced by changing the windows, and to a lesser extent by insulating the walls and by using a heat recovery ventilation system. Due to the vertical extension with timber modules, the cooling requirement increases greatly compared to the previous step – but is still 23.4 % lower than in the original state. In the static analysis, we found that the existing building can withstand the increase in stress caused by the upgrade, despite taking into account the aging of the bricks. We also found that the influence of the wind significantly increases with elevation, while the influence of the earthquake remains practically unchanged.
