Najpogostejše težave v duševnem zdravju so stres, depresija, tesnoba in motnje hranjenja.

Title:Communication activities to raise young people's awareness of mental health
Abstract:This thesis is a theoretical and empirical research of communication activities to raise young people's mental health awareness. Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual can cope with normal life stresses, work efficiently and fruitfully, and contribute to community. The most common mental health problems are stress, depression, anxiety and eating disorders. Adolescents are a vulnerable group, as they are in the process of growing up and therefore stressful situations can have a negative effect on them. For mental health are important, promotion, which strives to understand what builds good mental health, and prevention, which identifies the causes of illness. We found that organizations in the field of mental health use different approaches to raise awareness, such as: interventions or live programs, online campaigns, posters, brochures, online advisories and social media posts. We also found that the main shortcoming of online awareness is credibility of information.
