Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisana nadgradnja simulacijskega modela Staudinger GmbH z virtualnim Beckhoff krmilnikom. Originalno delovanje simulacijskega modela je bilo izvedeno v operacijskem sistemu Windows XP in programskem okolju Multiprog 4.8. Izbrano programsko okolje ne podpira posodobitve operacijskega sistema, zato je bila izvedena nadgradnja sistema s krmilnikom Beckhoff. Zaradi kompleksnosti sistema je bilo delovanje komunikacijskega protokola Modbus TCP/IP najprej preizkušeno s programskim orodjem Modbus Poll. Nato so bili v razvojnem orodju TwinCAT izdelani osnovni komunikacijski bloki za dostop do vhodno/izhodnih signalov simulacijskega modela plošče 1. Sledila je izdelava funkcijskih blokov za vse ostale plošče simulacijskega modela in nato še izvedba glavnega krmilnega programa.

Title:Simulation model Staudinger GmbH with virtual Beckhoff controller
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes an upgrade of the Staudinger GmbH simulation model using a virtual Beckhoff controller. The original function of the simulation model was carried out in the Windows XP system and the Multiprog 4.8 software environment. Since the selected software environment does not support the OS update, the upgrade was carried out by using the Beckhoff controller. Because of the complexity of the system, the function of the Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol was first tested by the Modbus Poll software tool. Afterwards, the primary communication blocks for accessing the input/output signals of the disk 1 on the simulation model were created in the TwinCAT development tool. Then, it was time to create function blocks for the rest of the disks in the simulation model, followed by the execution of the main control programme.
