Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava energetski pregled manjše kmetije.

Title:Energy audit of a small farm
Abstract:The dissertation presents the energy audit of a small farm. The work was created with the help of data collection, analysis of monthly bills of individual energy source, use of online resources, manual and computer calculations. The energy audit shows the consumption of diesel, gasoline and electricity for each operation in agriculture, grassland, animal husbandry, forestry and maintenance of machinery and equipment. The energy audit was done for one season between 2020 and 2021. We produced 5 tons of corn, 3.5 tons of wheat, 144 bales of straw, 303 bales of hay at the first mowing, 65 bales of hay at the second mowing, 15 m3 of firewood, 10 m3 wood chips, 6000 liters of milk and 130 kg of beef. Consumption for the entire farm amounts to 8482.15 kWh. On the basis of the consumption, the cost of energy sources and the review of the current state of the farm, a measure was proposed to improve the consumption of energy sources. Replacing the tractor is recommended, as it is used in almost all operations and represent the largest consumption of energy. Changing the tractor would reduce consumption by 14.2% or 1083.2 kWh.
