Abstract:Cilj diplomskega dela je kreacija merilnega sistema za trajnostno testiranje malih gospodinjskih aparatov. V podjetju BSH se na vseh aparatih izvaja definirano trajnostno testiranje po standardu. Posledica teh testiranj je prekomerna količina neuporabnega materiala, ki predstavlja logistični kot tudi finančni problem. Zato je bila moja naloga to testiranje avtomatizirati ter poenotiti za vse različne gospodinjske aparate. Z regulacijo histerezne zavore sem ustvaril krmilno progo, ki je primerljiva standardnemu testu. Merilno tehniko sem pritrdil na ohišje, ki bo omogočila testiranje vseh različnih gospodinjskih aparatov.

Title:Controlled electromechanical brake for conducting force testing on small kitchen appliances
Abstract:The goal of the thesis is to create a measuring system for sustainable testing of small kitchen appliances. All the appliances produced by the company BSH are put through standard sustainable testing. The result of these tests are large amounts of unusable material, which represents a logistic as well as financial problem. My task was to automate these tests and unify them for the entire range of kitchen appliances. With the use of a regulated hysteresis break I was able to create a steering track, which is comparable to the actual standard test. A stand was also designed to which the measuring equipment is attached and is universal enough to be used on all the different appliances.
