Title:Izdelava grafičnega vmesnika za parametrizacijo in uporabo različnih funkcijskih blokov mehke logike v Siemens TIA portalu : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu so prikazani prenos, nastavitve in uporaba STEP7 orodja za razvoj aplikacij mehke (fuzzy) logike v TIA portalu. Namen je prenesti blok iz starejših sistemov v novejše, saj so obstoječa orodja že zastarela in jih v novejših sistemih Windows ne moremo več uporabljati. Najprej je bilo potrebno funkcijski in podatkovni blok migrirati v TIA portal ter s testiranjem poiskati lokacije kamor se zapisujejo parametri v podatkovnem bloku. Nato smo ustvarili grafični vmesnik namenjen parametrizaciji fuzzy bloka neposredno v podatkovni blok DB30. Delovanje fuzzy blokov v TIA portalu, smo primerjali z delovanjem fuzzy blokov, ki so bili namensko razviti v predhodnih magistrskih delih in testirani na laboratorijskih procesih, kot sta regulacija pretoka zraka in regulacija nivoja vode v dveh ločenih posodah.

Title:Development of graphic user interface for parametrization and use of various fuzzy logic function blocks in Siemens TIA portal
Abstract:The thesis shows the download, settings, and use of STEP7 tools to develop soft (fuzzy) logic applications in the TIA portal. The purpose is to transfer a block from older system to newer systems, since existing tools are already out of date and can no longer be used on newer Windows systems. First, it was necessary to migrate the function and data blocks to the TIA portal, and by testing to locate the locations where the parameters in the data block are recorded. Then we created a graphical interface designed to parametry the fuzzy block directly into the DB30 data block. The operation of fuzzy blocks in the TIA portal, we compared the operation of fuzzy blocks, which were purposefully developed in previous master´s work and tested on laboratory processes such as air flow regulation and water level regulation in two separate containers.
