Title:Avtomatsko krivljenje in paletizacija pločevine : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema postopek pomikanja robota do pločevine, vstavljanje pločevine v stiskalnico za krivljenje in prenos obdelane pločevine od stiskalnice za krivljenje do palete ali pa na obračalno mizo in nato na paleto. Predstavili smo posamezne komponente, delovno okolje z robotom KUKA in postopek programiranja, ki je potreben za avtomatizacijo krivljenja pločevine. Pri izvedbi projekta je sodelovalo več oddelkov podjetja kot so konstrukterji, programerji, strojniki in elekričarji. Konstruiranje robota v delovnem okolju je potekalo v 3D programu Solidworks, da so bili odmiki od robota do posameznih naprav primerne. Programiranje robota pa je potekalo v programu WorkVisual, ki temelji na jeziku KRL (Kuka Robot Language). Rezultat diplomskega dela je program robota KUKA.

Title:Automatic bending and palletizing of sheet metal
Abstract:The thesis covers the process of moving the robot to the sheet, inserting the sheet into the bending press and transferring the processed sheet from the bending press to the pallet or the turntable and then to the pallet. We presented the individual components, the working environment with the KUKA robot and the programming process required for the automation of sheet metal bending. Several departments of the company participated in the implementation of the project, such as designers, programmers, machinists and electricians. The construction of the robot in the working environment took place in the Solidworks 3D program, so that the distances from the robot to the individual devices were suitable. The robot was programmed using the WorkVisual program, which is based on KRL (Kuka Robot Language). The result of the thesis is the KUKA robot program.
