Abstract:Zdravje je ena najbolj pomembnih dobrin človeka in posledično tudi podjetja. Zdravstvene težave na delovnem mestu lahko negativno vplivajo na produktivnost, zavzetost in motivacijo zaposlenih. Delo v pisarniškem okolju je izpostavljeno številnim tveganjem, ki imajo lahko dolgoročne posledice. Eden od vzorkov, zakaj lahko na delovnem mestu pride do zdrastvenih težav, je nepravilna ergonomska ureditev delovnih prostorov. Vsakodnevno sedenje, šibka osvetljenost, slaba prezračenost, pisarniška miza in stol, neprilagojena posamezniku, vse so to razlogi, zakaj prihaja do zdravstvenih težav pri pisarniških zaposlenih. V diplomskem delu smo preučevali, kaj je ergonomija, zakonodajo na področju ergonomije, zdravstvene težave, s katerimi se srečujejo pisarniški zaposleni, in kako mora izgledati ergonomsko urejena pisarna. Prav tako smo v diplomskem delu izvedli raziskavo, v kateri so sodelovali zaposleni podjetja X. Z raziskavo smo želeli izvedeti, ali zaposleni delajo na ergonomsko urejenem delovnem mestu in ali so seznanjeni s pomenom ergonomije in z njenimi vplivi na zdravje.

Title:Ergonomic arrangement of the office workplace
Abstract:Health is one of the most important assets of a person and, consequently, of a company. Health problems in the workplace can have a negative impact on the productivity, engagement and motivation of employees. Working in an office environment is exposed to many risks that can have long-term consequences. One example of why workplace health problems can occur is incorrect ergonomic design of work spaces. Sitting every day, poor lighting, poor ventilation, office desks and chairs not adapted to the individual, these are all reasons why office workers have health problems. In the thesis, we studied what ergonomics is, legislation in the field of ergonomics, health problems faced by office workers and what an ergonomically designed office should look like. Also, in the thesis, we conducted a survey in which the employees of company x participated. With the survey, we wanted to find out whether employees work in an ergonomically arranged workplace and whether they are familiar with the importance of ergonomics and its effects on health.
